* Apply indoor tanning lotion to ensure a lasting tan. Moisturized skin is recommended.

*Remove watches and jewelry to avoid unsightly tan lines! ​

*If you take meds, talk to your doctor to be sure your medication isn’t “photosensitive” – meaning it can be weakened or otherwise affected by UV exposure.

*Use lip balm – lips can burn easily!
*Apply tanning lotion immediately before your session. *Never use outdoor tanning lotion or oils.
*By law, you must use protective eyewear. We provide them or you can bring your own.
*If you choose to tan in the nude, be careful about areas not accustomed to sunlight. Cover sensitive areas with a towel or clothing for the first session and build up tolerance for your next visit.
*Stop tanning if your skin starts to sting, which can indicate overexposure to UV rays.

*Apply more lotion. Tan extenders are the best product to keep your tan looking rich and golden longer.

*If you feel as though you have overexposed, use an aloe-based relief lotion or gel, like Aloe Freeze Gel.
